1. Hydraulic valve. It is mainly the problem of hydraulic lock. When the hydraulic control one-way valve core is blocked or the spring fails, the hydraulic lock cannot play a locking role, and the oil cylinder will fall down due to load. In addition, there may be blockage of the reversing valve, and the valve leakage causes the oil cylinder to fall when there is a load.

2. Internal leakage of oil cylinder. Whether the cylinder has damage to the seal of the rod cavity or the seal is not tight or other reasons, resulting in the leakage of the cylinder and the whereabouts are unknown.

3. The pipeline leaks oil. Oil leakage in the pipeline will also cause the oil cylinder to fall automatically.

Pressure loss:

Because the liquid is viscous and there is inevitably friction when flowing in the pipeline, the liquid must lose some energy during the flow. This part of the energy loss is mainly manifested as pressure loss.

The pressure loss has the sum of the loss along the way and the local loss. Due to the inevitable existence of pressure loss, the rated pressure of the pump is slightly greater than the zui large working pressure required for system operation. Generally, the zui large working pressure required for system operation can be estimated by multiplying a coefficient of 1.3~1.5.
