How to Eliminate the Internal Leakage of Hydraulic System in Hydraulic Station

The matching clearance between the oil pump gear and the pump casing exceeds the specified upper limit. The treatment method is to replace the pump casing or repair it by inlay method to ensure that the clearance between the gear top of the oil pump and the casing is within the specified range.
Hydraulic station hydraulic system internal leakage fault how to exclude it? The main attention to the following points:
1. The relevant parts of the gear oil pump are severely worn or assembled incorrectly
(1) The matching clearance between the oil pump gear and the pump casing exceeds the specified upper limit. The treatment method is to replace the pump casing or repair it by inlay method to ensure that the clearance between the gear top of the oil pump and the casing is within the specified range.
(2) Excessive wear of the gear sleeve and the gear end face causes insufficient pre-compression of the pressure relief sealing ring and loses its sealing effect, resulting in the collusion of the high-pressure oil cavity and the low-pressure oil cavity of the oil pump, resulting in serious internal leakage. The treatment method is to add a compensation gasket under the rear shaft sleeve (the thickness of the compensation gasket should not exceed 2mm in general) to ensure the compression of the sealing ring.
(3) When disassembling the oil pump, install the guide steel wire in the wrong direction at the joint surface of the two shaft sleeves (the shaft sleeve of the spiral oil groove). The treatment method is to ensure that the guide steel wire can deflect the two bushings by an angle according to the rotation direction of the driven gear at the same time, so that the two bushings fit tightly.
(4) When disassembling and assembling the oil pump, the pressure isolation sealing ring is aged and damaged, and the pressure relief piece sealing rubber ring is installed incorrectly. The treatment method is: if the pressure isolation sealing ring is aging, it should be replaced with a new one: the pressure relief piece sealing rubber ring should be installed on one side of the oil suction cavity (port) (low pressure cavity), and a certain pre-tightening pressure should be ensured. If it is installed on the side of the pressure oil cavity, the sealing rubber ring will be damaged quickly, causing the high-pressure cavity to communicate with the low-pressure cavity, and the oil pump will lose its working ability.
2. Aging of oil cylinder sealing ring and loosening of piston rod lock nut
(1) The sealing ring on the cylinder piston, the sealing ring at the joint between the piston rod and the piston, and the positioning valve sealing ring are damaged. The treatment method is: replace the sealing ring and the sealing retainer. However, it should be noted that the surface of the selected sealing ring should be smooth; no wrinkles, no cracks, no pores, no scratches, etc.
(2) The piston rod lock nut is loose. Treatment method is: tighten the piston rod lock nut.
(3) When the cylinder is out of round seriously, it may cause the hydraulic oil in the upper and lower chambers of the cylinder to communicate. Treatment method: If the loss of roundness is not serious, the method of replacing the enlarged piston sealing ring can be adopted to restore its sealing performance; if the roundness and cylindricity errors exceed 0.05mm, the cylinder barrel should be honed and the enlarged piston should be replaced. To restore the normal fit clearance.
3. The safety valve and oil return valve on the distributor are not closed tightly
(1) the safety valve is worn or the hydraulic oil is too dirty; the ball valve is rusted, the adjusting spring is insufficient or broken; the hydraulic oil is not up to standard; the hydraulic oil is too thin or the oil temperature is too high (the normal temperature of the hydraulic oil should be 30 ℃ ~ 60 ℃), will make the safety valve closed lax. The treatment method is: replace the clean hydraulic oil that meets the standard; replace the spring with the specified length and elastic force; replace the ball in the ball valve, and knock it after it is installed in the valve seat to make it fit with the valve seat and grind it.
(2) The oil return valve is seriously worn or the oil return valve is not closed tightly due to the dirty hydraulic oil. The treatment method is: grinding cone surface and mutual grinding valve seat. If the cylindrical surface is severely worn, it can be repaired by chrome-plated grinding; if the small cylindrical surface and the conduit are worn, causing excessive internal clearance, a copper sleeve can be inserted into the conduit to restore the fit clearance. Clean the oil cylinder and replace the clean hydraulic oil.
(3) The slide valve and the slide valve hole are worn, which increases the gap. The oil in the cylinder leaks from the worn gap under the action of the piston and flows back to the oil tank. The treatment method is: grinding repair after chrome plating, matching with slide valve hole.
